This looks like a standard CF 250 but streched out. I believe this is custom build, because long wheel base models usually came with dually rear wheels but certainly they all came with a high roof. This one has a regular low roof which makes it look strange. The only other one I have seen like this is a custom CF in the UK.
This one is for sale over in France, a little rough but I don't see any rust. Looks like a great project van.
