Not too long ago I was posting about the Electric CF and now two of them pop up for sale on ebay! The seller says that there were former airport vans, so they have very little mileage but as you can see in the photos, they have some dents and a few rust spots. These CF's are certainly worthy of being restored since they are so rare. One of them has the original lead battery pack. It would be interesting to upgrade to Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries, since the new technology is more reliable, lighter weight, more range, faster to recharge and the prices have dropped a lot in the last couple of years.

"STRICTLY FOR SPARES OR REPAIR. Here we have a pair of electric powered Bedford CF2 vans, short wheel base, with no side loading doors. Only one retains it's battery pack, and I suspect they might be best suited to conversion with normal engines and transmission.
A "fetching" shade of GPO yellow, they have completed minimal mileage in their previous career at an airport, and although scruffy, are remarkably solid, with minimal corrosion, and very restorable.The photo's show them unwashed, without even a brush out, I can take others if required."
