Melody's is a well known custom van in France. It's beautiful murals were painted by Paul Boutin back in the day and they are still very well preserved as you can see in this recent photo I found on OtherDrive.
I don't know much more about this van at the moment so I will leave you with a couple more photos I found and a old magazine article that it was featured in.
