Look what I found - a Vauxhall CF? The Bedford CF was badged as Opel Bedford Blitz in Germany and other east european countries but I had no idea that apparently it was also re-badged as a Vauxhall in Russia.
"Продаю, Vauxhall Bedford CF250 (Opel Bedford) 1978 год пассажирский категория Б. Заводится в любую погоду, езжу постоянно. Экземпляр раритетный, в России такой один, однако с ремонтом проблем не возникает-фильтры, крестовины и проч. переделаны на отечественные. Крепкий кузов с толстым английским железом. Отлично подходит для неторопливого перемещения или тюнинга."

Hi Raso,
ResponderEliminarI finally got a CF1! Really nice one. It looks like you missed this one on your for sale page. Here it is:

If you'd like to see my work in progress on it, have a look here:

Also, do you have a new for sale page? nothing seems to have been updated for ages!
Cheers

Hi Ian,
ResponderEliminarI spotted your topic in the forum already, It sure has (had) a lot of hidden rust... did you have that notion when you bought the van? I would have probably preferred to buy a more rust free one and save money and time in the long run.
Are you going to keep it stock?
Hi Raso,
ResponderEliminarVery, very difficult indeed trying to find a standard Panel van CF1 in the U.K. in any shape, so I was counting my blessings! I do alot of the work myself and managed to source lots of new panels so no too bad really. She's gonna be really solid!
I'm gonna keep it totally stock.
Will keep you posted.
Kind regards
Ian
