ebay: Custom V8 Bedford CF2 - UK

This really cool custom CF is on ebay right now. It's fully loaded with mods all around but it does seem to have seen better days... Looking at the photos with more detail it does need some serious restoration but has so much potential. You will certainly spend less restoring this van than you would building it up from scratch. There are already several bids that show some interest but the reserve price hasn't been reached.

Bedford CF Custom Van 
Rover V8 engine 
5 speed manual gear box 
Jaguar back axle with gaz adjustable shocks 4 off 
Wheel convertors on the front so wheel centres are the same all round for Jaguar wheels 
Stainless steel exhaust side pipes with 4 branch manifold 
Side pipes are off an AC Cobra 
The interior has been partially removed, but it does have transit front seats with twin arm rests in very good condition, in blue, it also has a transit triple seat in the middle with 3 point seat belts. Has many lights on it that will need sorting out ie it plays 'close encounters of the third kind' in the front grill it also has some naughty blue strobes in the headlights
It has a one piece fibreglass back door and custom rear lights 
There is no MOT or tax on this vehicle so will need transporting away bearing in mind that it is quite wide as the arches stick out about 7 inches each side, it has 295 tyres on the rear 
I did prepare the vehicle for an MOT ie welding etc but ill health forces sale, this is a reluctant sale 
If sold the winning bidder will be offered first refusal on all my spares which consists of a another Bedford CF V8 van, front panel, some side windows, tow bar, LPG kit with 4 barrell webber and manifold, XJS limited slip diff complete rear axle, if not these parts will be listed seperately

I thought I had seen this van before on the internet so I went and searched my Bedford files and found some older photos of back when it was going to shows. It's a great van that deserves to be restored to it's former glory.
