"When it's cold and raining, the best place for middle aged men to head is their nearest DIY store. Getting there by van or U-Bahn, they gather to check out the latest hammers and spanners. Unfortunately, they sometimes get a bit upset when others get to the 8 inch adjustable wrenches before they do and things can become a bit tense. Il furgone è di mia proprietà da 5 anni; nasce di colore azzurro chiaro, è stato nel corso degli anni COMPLETAMENTE SANATO E RIVERNICIATO grigio metallizzato; successivamente è stato verniciato in GRIGIO INDUSTRIALE OPACO. L'interno è stato completamente rivestito in legno (incluso il pavimento!) e semi-camperizzato (c'è un mobiletto sotto il finestrino: può essere anche trasformato in una piccola cucina); realizzato un tavolato rimovibile che può ospitare un materasso una piazza e 1/2. Inoltre sono stati chiusi i finestrini laterali posteriori, ma fornisco la coppia di finestrini (scorrevoli) originali completi.

Una volta acquistato ho eseguito:
-MAXI Tagliando completo
-Montaggio kit completo freni a disco anteriori
-insonorizzazione pavimento abitacolo con vernice antirombo e pannelli isolanti acustici. Oltre a tappetini GM in gomma
-Sostituzione sedili originali con quelli del Mercedes Sprinter: sedile guida ISRI pluriregolabile; panca 2 posti, ribaltabile, sotto cui è stata installata batteria 100Ah. Altra panca due posti che può essere messa dietro.
-Revisione completa impianto elettrico, con l'aggiunta di: fari anteriori di profondità Hella, retronebbia e luce retromarcia, luce interna, pompa bassa pressione diesel elettrica, lavavetro. Autoradio schermo retrattile e RETROCAMERA

Il furgone è assicurato e revisionato; attualmente in uso quotidiano con i soli 3 posti anteriori. Non ha problemi, funziona tutto, anche se ha oltre 40 anni e i suoi piccoli difetti ce l'ha!

"A completely unique 1977 registered Bedford CF250 Motorhome, fully equipped with power link up, sink and gas stainless cooker, water heater, purpose built stainless water tank, wet room with toilet and fold down wash hand basin. Interior heater, roof vents etc.
Professionally built from a new body shell and panels in the late 1980, fully recommissioned and rebuilt Opel 2.1 diesel engine and mechanicals. 4 speed gearbox.
Will only have covered around 15,000 miles from being built. All suspension etc was rebuilt at the time, and was shot blasted, painted and waxoyled. Zero rust on this vehicle.
Was parked on axle stands in heated and dehumidifier storage from 1998 until 2023.
Unfortunately my father who built the vehicle passed away in 2007.
I serviced the van in 2023, put new tyres and battery in it, and have used it during the summers since and it runs beautifully.
Only being sold due to relocation.
