Bedford Trucks were (are) very popular in Malta, if you search the web you will find hundreds of photos and many of them are still in circulation. These two CF's were photographed at the Malta Truck Rally which takes place every year since 2009.

I have posted on this blog some mint CF's and I'm always surprised and pleased when an original like this pop's up. They do exist and this one can be yours! This CF2 has been kept in a garage for the last 18 years. It seems to be all original except the for the unusual but cool dual-tone paint job and tinted rear windows.

It has the stock 2.0 petrol engine and manual 5 speed gearbox.
A lot of bidders are on it right now but there's a reserve price, so we will see how this auction plays out.

"This auction is for a Bedford CF 2 van. I have owned this van for 18 years and it has always been kept in the garage during this time. Considering the age of the vehicle it is in very good condition and is a reliable vehicle. I am very sorry to be selling this van but it is now surplus to requirements and I am in need of the garage space. It has had 4 new tyres which are still have plenty of wear in them. The driver's seat is split and could do with some TLC. The paintwork is very good condition. It has halogen headlights. Check out this custom 1972 CF1 on ebay in Merimbula, Australia. It's very nicely customized, I specially like the vintage mags and the deep red paint. Sadly the rear door is dented (see photo) and will need repairing or replacing... It has the 6 cylinder 179 Holden engine.

Grill is from a ve valiant. Polished jellybean mags. Holden red 179 recently serviced.new plugs.points. air, oil and fuel filters. Trimatic 3 speed auto recently serviced. New ignition barrell.
